Dr. Ricks Warren, PhD, ABPP.
Dr. Warren is a licensed psychologist and Director and founder of The Anxiety Disorders Clinic. Dr. Warren is also an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at the School of Professional Psychology, Pacific University and holds the Diplomat in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology. He is the author of numerous publications on anxiety disorders and related topics.

Debra Applebaum, Ph.D.
Dr. Applebaum, a licensed clinical psychologist, has been with The Anxiety Disorders Clinic since 1993. She treats children, adolescents, and adults and has a special interest in working with OCD, PTSD, and Panic Disorder. Dr. Applebaum facilitates the OCD Support Group for Adolescents, the OCD Support Group for Parents and an OCD Group for Adults.

Maxine Burton, LCSW.
Ms. Burton is a licensed clinical social worer who has worked in the field of human services since 1975 and has worked with The Anxiety Disorders Clinic since 2003. She treats individuals, couples, and families and specializes in treating children and adolescents with a range of anxiety and mood disorders. Special areas of interest include dealing with life transitions; grief and loss; adjustment to divorce; and blended family issues.

Anne Shankar, M.Sc. MSW, LCSW.
Ms Shankar, a licensed clinical social worker, has been with The Anxiety Disorders Clinic since 2000. Her areas of interest are anxiety and mood disorders and marital/relationship issues. Her primary orientations are cognitive behavioral, family systems and acceptance and commitment therapy. Ms. Shankar has offices in Portland, Beaverton, and Lake Oswego.

Hank Robb, Ph.D.
Dr. Robb is a licensed psychologist In Oregon. He received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln in 1978. He is a Supervisor in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy with the Albert Institute, New York. Dr. Robb is board certified in both Counseling Psychology and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy by the American Board of Professional Psychology and holds a certificate of Proficiency in the Treatment of Alcohol and Other Pychoactive Substance Use Disorders from the American Psychological Association’s College of Professional Psychology. He has authored papers on a wide variety of psychological issues, and written a popular self-help pamphlet titled, “How to Stop Driving Yourself Crazy® with Help from the Bible.

Keri Warren, D.Min., M.A., MMFT.
Dr. Keri Warren is a marriage and family therapist and certified spiritual director specializing in couples therapy and individual self-differentiation development for reducing anxiety and creating healthy attachments. She treats children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her treatments are founded in Family Systems Theories, Attachment Theories, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Filial Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Seeing clients as created in the image of God, her therapy seeks to promote a deeper relationship with God, others, and self. Dr. Keri Warren completed her Advanced Certificate Practicum from the Albert Ellis Institute and has been with The Anxiety Disorders Clinic since 2001.
