These feelings can and do have a really deep impact on a person’s life, often seriously curtailing his or her ability to function normally in their ad hominem, work or cultural life

One of the most common symptoms of anxiety disorders is panic attacks, which are intense periods of fear or feeling down. Panic attacks can develop over a very short time frame and they can last up to 15 minutes

Anxiety can quite easily turn into feelings of panic when the symptoms of anxiety go so perceptive that they are let to devour the idiosyncratic, bringing forth heightened feelings of loss of control. Symptoms simply appear to feed and increase the fear and in a very little time they can so easily escalate into feelings of contemptible panic!
A good example of this is hyperventilation, or too rapid breathing, that causes us to breathe in a shallow manner forcing us to exhale too much carbon dioxide

It’s not that ample of a deal. You’ll probably answer a few questionares in some guy’s office or a holding off room, chat to the doctor a bit, then go home. And traveling to the doctor is the second step! (First is acknowledging you have a problem)Best wishes

    My exp is this.

You go to psych triage, basically a “holding” part where they gather up your information, whats happening in your life, previous doctors, psychiatrists, hospitalizations, all your medical history including that of your familys.

After a LONG wait (usually 9 hours in my cases) they take away potentially dangerous things from shoe laces to bras, and take you up to the psychiatric ward. From there they do another questionairre type thing to see whats wrong, how u feel at the moment, more more paper work, etc.

Then you are assigned a psychiatrist, dietician, counselor, case worker, and a nurse. They are yours whenever you need them. and you see them every day your there.

The doctor will give you a diagnoses the next day, as well as a treatment plan.

Each day at the hospital you are allowed to use the phone, watch tv, and just hang out. thats why yoru there. to calm down, and get help. THey have groups through the day to help as well.

Everything you do and say is monitored on camera and voice recorder except for in your rooms and the facilities. Some hospitals room up to 3 people in one room, so just to say your not goign to get your own room unless you have a disability such as a wheel chair.

The people are usually nice. But the setting can get to you after being too long in there. For mine, the only room to walk was a short, small corridor that had our rooms. its like walking around your living room basically. thats the only place i had for a week, and no windows either, for both times i went in. that was the only thing i HATED about the hospitals.

But they are a real life changer. i hope you get help and change for the better. good luck
